Fifty-Two Fox Chase Cancer Center Physicians Named Top Doctors by Philadelphia Magazine

PHILADELPHIA (April 25, 2022)— Fifty-two Fox Chase Cancer Center physicians have been named to Philadelphia magazine’s “Top Doctors” list for 2022. Physicians on the list were nominated by a national survey of their professional peers.

“Year after year, Fox Chase Cancer Center physicians earn Top Doctors honors, and this year provides further evidence of our consistently strong showing. The May 2022 issue includes 52 members of our clinical faculty, something that demonstrates our excellence in cancer care and related fields,” said Robert Uzzo, MD, MBA, FACS, Interim CEO of the Hospital of Fox Chase Cancer Center and chair of the Department of Surgery.

“Top Doctors carries particular meaning because this recognition is based on professional peer nominations. The inclusion of our physicians reflects the high regard in which they are held for their expertise and career achievements,” Uzzo added.
