Treatment Philosophy

I am a medical oncologist and hematologist who treats cancers of all types, as well as malignant and benign hematologic conditions. I am excited to bring Fox Chase Cancer Center’s exceptional cancer care and treatment opportunities to patients living near Chestnut Hill Hospital.

Receiving a cancer diagnosis is a life changing event. Every patient requires a personalized approach to identify their best treatment plan, to fit their disease and their lifestyle needs. Cancer treatment is not one size fits all, and it often needs to be adjusted throughout treatment. My goal is to help my patients identify the best treatment plan for them, while providing a supportive environment to discuss the challenges of cancer care and cancer survivorship. Through Fox Chase Cancer Center, my patients will have access to cutting edge clinical trials but will also have the opportunity to receive cancer care closer to home at Chestnut Hill Hospital.

As a Fox Chase Physician, I am privileged to work within a multidisciplinary cancer care team that includes surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, cancer geneticists, social workers, nurse coordinators and other cancer specialists. I am honored to be part of my patients’ cancer treatment journey.
