To ensure the accuracy of our patient satisfaction scores, we require that providers who see patients receive a minimum number of completed patient-submitted surveys before their reviews are listed on their profiles. Star ratings on this site are collected on a rolling basis from the previous 12 months.
Additionally, some of the physicians listed on our site do not see patients directly, and therefore, do not receive evaluation and ratings from patients.

Treatment Philosophy

As a palliative care physician, I believe that caring for patients experiencing cancer is a team sport – it requires close partnership between a patient and their caregivers, their oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and an interprofessional supportive oncology and palliative care team. I strive to help my patients navigate the symptoms and stresses of cancer and the side effects of treatments, whether they be physical, social, or psychological. Most importantly, I want to know what matters most to my patients as they navigate this journey. I am humbled by the privilege of partnering with patients, learning about their lives and families, and working together to improve their quality of life throughout their journey with cancer.
