Treatment Philosophy

I am thrilled to be a part of the division of Gynecologic Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Having completed my fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center, I have seen firsthand the comprehensive and cutting-edge care that is provided to patients. I strive to provide this same high caliber level of care and expertise to my patients, while ensuring I am treating my patients and their families in a compassionate, caring, and honest way.

In my role as a gynecologic oncologist, I specialize in both the surgical and medical management of cancers of the uterus, cervix, ovary, vulva, and vagina. I work with my patients to make surgical and medical treatment plans that are centered around each patient’s needs, preferences, and values. I strongly believe in the importance of multidisciplinary care and work closely with my colleagues in medical and radiation oncology to ensure treatment plans for my patients are optimized to provide the best chance of cure.

I recognize that a cancer diagnosis is a life-changing event for patients and families, and I appreciate the importance of having a supportive provider to help navigate this diagnosis. I strive to always take the time necessary to explain, educate and help my patients and their families make the best-informed decision about their care.
