PHILADELPHIA (September 1, 2017) - September is Prostate Cancer Awareness month, and Fox Chase Cancer Center is raising awareness on the signs and risk factors for prostate cancer.

PHILADELPHIA (August 21, 2017) – On September 10, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Temple Health will participate in the Race to Cure Sarcoma 2017 at Warminster Park, presented by the Sarcoma Foundation of America.

PHILADELPHIA (August 3, 2017) – Fox Chase Cancer Center is pleased to welcome Emmanuel T. Quien, MD, to the Department of Hematology/Oncology. He will continue to provide clinical services at the Temple Health Northeastern Ambulatory Care campus as well as on-site and on-call support to the hematology program at Jeanes Hospital.

PHILADELPHIA (July 14, 2017) – Fox Chase Cancer Center is pleased to welcome Hayley E. Walker, MD, to the Department of Medicine as a hospitalist. She will begin at Fox Chase on July 15, 2017.

PHILADELPHIA (July 13, 2017) – Fox Chase Cancer Center announced the results of its 2017 Supported Pilot Project and Supported High Throughput Screening Project competitions. Several researchers will receive funding as part of the center’s Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) from the National Cancer Institute. Three pilot projects and one high throughput screening project were recognized.
